We accept VISA and MASTERCARD on-line, over the phone, by fax or mail order. We also accept bank drafts or money orders if you mail us your Order.

Please note that all charges are in Canadian dollars. (The Canadian dollar is currently trading close to par with the US dollar. It fluctuates but your credit card company will use the current exchange rate when they process the transaction for your order.)

Regarding Taxes:

For orders shipped to Canadian destinations, 5% GST is added to the order (or 13% HST if the order is shipped to Newfoundland, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick). Canadian GST/HST is not charged on quilt patterns shipped to destinations outside of Canada.

We do not collect or charge any taxes or duties which may be imposed on quilt patterns shipped to other countries. Any such taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. (It is our understanding that orders having a value of less than US$200 shipped to residential addresses in the USA do not normally incur any customs duties, but the customer should confirm this with their local authorities.)

Regarding Shipping & Handling: (Charges shown are in Canadian dollars.)

Orders to Canadian destinations are shipped via Canada Post – add 10% to the cost of your Order to cover S&H charges. Orders of $100 or more are shipped free. GST/HST taxes also apply to S&H charges on Canadian orders.

Orders to U.S. destinations are shipped via Canada/U.S. Postal Service - add 10% to the cost of your Order to cover S&H charges. Orders of $100 or more are shipped free.
