Three Swans Studios - Quilt Market/Spring 2003

April, 2003 Three Swans Studios will be attending its first International Quilt Market, May 2-4 in Portland, Oregon. We will have all of our quilts on display and are introducing three brand new designs at the Show – Butterfly, Celtic Cross and North Star Banner. If you are planning to be in Portland during the Show, come visit us at Booth 2026. We’d love to see you!

About Three Swans Studios

Three Swans Studios is comprised of two sisters – Joan Bouwmeester and Debbie Bouwmeester-Fasek – who are situated in different parts of Canada and come from quite different artistic backgrounds. Joan lives in Ottawa, Ontario and is trained as a Visual Artist (painting & drawing). Prior to Three Swans Studios, in addition to making her own art, Joan worked as an Heraldic Artist and Calligrapher. Debbie is in Edmonton, Alberta, and is a Fibre Artist. In her own work, Debbie has extensive experience in the reverse appliqué technique, and in the area of embroidery has focused on experimental interpretive stitching and colour applications. We formed Three Swans Studios to pool our diverse talents to bring you only the most delightful quilt patterns imaginable.
